This unique style explores a wide range of organic, often angular movements and syncopated rhythms with a strong base in classical technique. Designed for the beginner students each class will give you a deeper understanding of body alignment, shifting of the weight, and confidence with floor work. This class encourages dancers to explore the freedom of movement and self- expression.
